"Bought the daughters each a pair for Christmas and they all loved them! Bought myself a pair after the holidays and they are warm, stylish and very comfortable. Highly recommend!"
Pros Like the snug fit

"isotoner gloves have always had great fit and sleek style. the rubberized palm grips are great especially when driving, and its nice that the rubber is also on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th fingers. i just wish they had the rubber grips on the thumb and pointer finger as well, instead of the fleece material that's slippery. it would make it easier to press the buttons in my car, especially those on the steering wheel. instead it's slippery and the grip is not that good. Also, a bit of the metallic thread has started unraveling about 1 week after use, i'm hoping it lasts till end of the season at least. The metallic threads on the thumb and pointer finger work great, wish they could modify the style so that the fabric overlay the metallic thread is on doesn't just "fold over" the fingers, making the nail portion of the fingers look odd, with a fabric bump over the nailbed instead of looking sleek like the rest of the other fingers. but the gloves are warm, and i haven't had any problems using my touch screen devices at all. i was debating whether to return it, but at 50% off, i can't complain too much so i kept them."
Pros i can use my phone and iTouch without taking gloves off
Cons general styling and metallic thread is coming loose after only about 1 week

"Texting gloves? Really. Then I thought, I know who could use these!! I bought 2 pairs for Christmas gifts, and they put them on and started testing them out right away. Fun and useful!"

"This glove was a great hit with my 21 year old granddaughter. The ability to wear them and work the screen on her phone was absolutly without a doubt very exciting. The gloves are totally stylish, also. I got it in her favorite color."

"I wore these out of the store, and as soon as I went outside, the conductive tips on the end of the index and thumbs immediately let the cold through, almost numbing my fingers and the cold stayed in there, even in the warm car. I used my GPS touch screen, and yes it works, but I was able to use the other nonconductive tips as well. Got home and tried on some of my other isotoner gloves, they worked with the gps too with the nonconductive tips"

What you need to realize is that there are two kinds of touch screens: resistive and capacitive. Most GPS units use resistive touch screen that can be used without a using a conductive item (finger). Capacitive screens are common on smart phones (iPhone, Droid, etc) and need something conductive to recognize touch. That is where these gloves become useful.
