"The only difficulty with this shirt is the stiffness of it's collar, which irritates the back of my neck. Next time I wash it, I'll add more softener. Looks great, feels good."

"Great fit and looks sharp. As others point out, it is not "no iron", however it presses easily and quickly - similar shirts had me taking them to the cleaners because I don't like to iron! I am going back to get one in every color!"

"I was misled by the "quick care" claim in thinking these shirts would not require pressing. I am glad they were on sale as I am very disappointed after laundering them. There is no way i would wear them without ironing them."

"It is so hard to find a tailored white long sleeve blouse. I have one from JCP which I purchased about 8 years ago so I decided I would look up the same brand to see if they are still made. The style has been updated but it is exactly what I was looking for. I sing in a choir that wears a white blouse, black slacks and a purple or gray scarf and this blouse fits the bill perfectly. JCP comes through again!"

"The product I purchased via the JC Penny online process
looked wonderful (womens slacks) and my purchased product arrived on schedule as promised by Penny's. The
one draw-back to the entire process was when I received my product and tried on the product, the items purchased did not fit as anticipated to my dismay. I contacted Penny's
and they gave me explicit instructions on how to return the product without any difficulties. I followed the instructions given and returned my products and got my money back without any hassles. I feel JCPenny's customer service approach in handling my situation is commendable because so many merchants either won't attempt to correct a situation a purchaser made and or is not helpful with a return process....so hurray and kudos for JCPenny."

"This shirt is just the material I wanted. It serves the purpose of a basic tailored white shirt for my wardrobe. However, the collar size is overwhelming. I thought it would look good scarfed up, but on my thin frame, it is simply too much material. I live with my mistakes, and with this wearable fabric, I'll have this for a decade."

"True to size; feels great across the arms / shoulders. Very nice quality--would expect nothing less from this brand and JCP. I'm a busy English professor, and I can wear this blouse with a blazer and still reach "up" above my head to write on the chalk board with no problem whatsoever (am a size 8/10). Or, I can wear this shirt with jeans and boots on the weekends, and either way it's awesome. Doesn't pull / tug like cheap models of this shirt. VERY pleased: came back and actually ordered it in blue as well!!! Contemplating the pink now!. Love it."

"I reluctantly brought this shirt because I was afraid it would be to small but when it came and I tried it on it was a perfect fit. The sleeves were not to long. I like the material and the fresh look of this shirt so I order 2 more. They were no longer on sale so I had to pay the full price which was worth it."
