"I bought this as a gift for my sister and was very disappointed to have her call me and tell me that it wouldn't work. The beaters would not lock into the mixer. Now I have to go to the trouble of getting the item back and then returning it. Major disappointment!"

"The mixer was requested for Christmas. I haven't used it personally, but she has. It is just what she wanted. And, she thanked me very much. Sounds like we are off to a good start."

"The cord comes out of the only flat bottom surface, so it won't sit up. You have to lay it down on a plate between mixings."

"Very unhappy after it broke within a few months. At first it was great, lots of power but the product itself, the hardware cannot take the amount of power it has and it just broke. The insides completely broke apart!! Unbelievable. Never will I buy this one again."

"i was very disappointed in this mixer. the beaters are so small they are only good for eggs. i also bought one for my sister in a different color, bad idea. i won't send them back but i would not recommend it to anyone. you can get a much better one even at that price."

"The insertion of the power cord does not allow you to stand it on the end while your trying to mix things. You have to lay it on its side and it gets very messy. Not happy at all about that but the power is great."

"I have to admit I was surprised, absolutely went above and beyond my expectations, especially for the price! I had an expensive brand mixer and it was the worst ever, but this one is easy to handle, quiet and surprisingly powerful. I LOVE IT! The only "issue" for me is the cord doesn't swivel, but that wont stop me from buying a 2nd one ."

"I have a large commercial mixer and it gets very annoying to have to start up that thing when all i'm doing is mixing up some boxed brownies or whipping some mashed potatoes. I needed a hand mixer that was easy to operate and could power up to the job. This little baby can go go go! I love the turbo button that allows u to just switch straight up to high even when it's off. GREAT LITTLE FEATURE"
